Link extractor with tracking-parameter cleanup
This tool extracts all URLs from a text and lists each link once. Paste an article, an HTML source, Markdown or a log file, and copy the links one per line.

How it works
Paste the text
Paste any text or open a file. Links with http, https, ftp, ws and file schemes are found, as well as addresses starting with www.
Clean the list
Remove duplicates and tracking parameters, keep only one domain, sort A–Z or by domain, or output the domains only.
Copy the links
One link per line or joined with commas, with a count per domain.
Features
Punctuation handled like a linkifier
A period or comma after a link ends the sentence, not the URL, and a closing bracket is kept only when the link opened it: (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slug_(publishing)) gives the Wikipedia link with its own brackets.
Every link validated
Each candidate is parsed with the WHATWG URL parser your browser uses. Hosts must contain a dot or be localhost or an IPv6 address such as [2001:db8::1], so a bare "http://" is ignored.
Tracking parameters removed
Optionally drop utm_source, utm_medium and other utm_ parameters, fbclid, gclid, msclkid and similar click IDs, while other parameters stay.
Domains only
Reduce the list to host names (without www.) to see which sites a document links to.
Limits & privacy
Text and files can be up to 200 MB; files above 8 MB are scanned line by line in a background worker, so a link is never split across a line break.
Quotes, angle brackets and whitespace end a link, which matches how links appear in HTML attributes and in RFC 3986’s recommended http://… form. Links are output as written (with tracking parameters removed if chosen), not normalized.
Your text stays in your browser and is never uploaded. See the privacy page.
FAQ
How do I extract all links from a web page?
Open the page source (Ctrl+U in most browsers), copy it and paste it here. Links in href attributes and in the visible text are found.
Are links without http found?
Links starting with www. are found by default. Turn on "Also links without http/www" to find example.com/page too; it may also pick up file names such as report.pdf.
How do I remove utm parameters from links?
Turn on "Remove tracking parameters". utm_* parameters and click IDs such as fbclid and gclid are dropped; the rest of the URL is unchanged.
Are relative links like /about extracted?
No. Only absolute links with a scheme or a www. host are extracted, because a relative link has no meaning without the page it came from.
Does the tool open the links?
No. Links are only parsed as text in your browser; none of them is requested and nothing is uploaded.
